BOUNTY DAY NORFOLK ISLAND 2021

Join us on Norfolk Island for Bounty Day 2021. This special day on Norfolk Island marks the anniversary of the arrival of the Pitcairn Islanders – descendants of the infamous English sailors of mutiny on the Bounty fame and the Tahitian women who, under their leader Fletcher Christian began a new life on isolated Pitcairn Island. The celebrations are held in the World Heritage area of Kingston which includes a re-enactment, parade, wreath laying, singing of hymns and a community picnic highlighting traditional food.
